Welcome to Ebbing & Flowing Yoga

Build a basic Asana or physical practice that focuses on a steady, natural movement through fundamental yoga postures. This can provide a foundation to maintain a regular habit/exercise, perfect for building a safe and more confident yoga practice.

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity; especially strength, flexibility and balance. Regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.

Yoga promotes balance and alignment, can lower stress levels, calm the mind and release tension in the body.

During the classes we will work with Pranayama yogic breathing. This breath is a smooth, cleansing and grounding breath that purifies the blood. It also increases lung capacity, and the supply of oxygen around the body while helping to reduce stress.
